The existing terms is made between you and Kelase, and not with the application provider or marketplace, and Kelase responsible for this application.
Application provider or marketplace has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services related to this application.
Application provider or marketplace is not responsible for dealing with any claims that you have or claim of a third party relating to the application or the possession and use of applications, among others: (i) product liability claims, (ii) claims that the application failed to meet legal requirements or regulations, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
